SLQ- AU or MS?

I see a hint of what looks to be wear on the eagle's breast. Also, the lustre looks kinda off.
My dad just bought this as an MS-60. Seller's pictures. I wish my dad would ask me before he buys expensive raw coins.

I grade it AU 58 from the pictures. What say ye?
Thanks in advance.

Why doesn't he ask me before bidding! ARGH!
It wasn't in the watch list either, so I'm sure it was an impulse snipe.
Thanks!

Send it back.
I see a rub on the knee and down the shin as well.
These are type of the coins that crooked dealers buy at AU money or less and sell as "choice BU." I learned my lesson the hard way on these types of peices as a young collector back in the 1960s.
