Stamp dealers in Maryland?

A coworker of mine and her husband inherited a stamp collection and are wanting to sell. I collect coins but know nothing about stamps. Can anyone recommend a reputable stamp dealer in the Baltimore area or elsewhere in Maryland?

I'm in the Northern VA/DC area and can't think of anyone. The one dealer in Fairfax, VA I know of, I would not recommend.

You might check the ASDA directory. I think their addy is www.asdaonline.com.

I saw that Matthew Bennett is in Timonium, MD. They are a major auctioneer, and have a very good reputation.

I do not know the other Maryland dealers listed, but the ASDA at least provides some limited screening and does have a Code of Ethics. I wouldn't expect miracles, but you might at least have some recourse through arbitration should your dealings be unsatisfactory.
