Seller has 4 other auctions for these and in 3 of them he not only makes the claim of buying them at the retirement home but just before that states "THESE ARE UNSEARCHED – I AM INSTRUCTED TO SELL THEM ALL AS IS!!". So if he bought them who is telling him how he is to sell them?
