Received mine today. The Philadelphia coins in my sets are very well struck, nice matte/satin finish, with minimal marks. The finish is so thick on the Philadelphia coins that every minor mark is easy to spot on these coins.
Now Denver is different. Similar quality to last year. I have some coins with no apparent satin finish, others with heavy marks, others with spots.
Someone from the Denver mint needs to travel to Philadelpia to see how these coins are suppose to look like!

I got mine today. I bought 3 sets . Two of my P nebraska coins have a identical long scratch marks on the reverse . Starting at 10 o'clock on rim and continuing down across three sun rays between the sun and the clouds. The satin finish in nice tho....
I am going to send them back . I have never tryed it but I got nothing to lose except postage and handling. Anyone here ever returned an uncirculated set before?
The Philly coins are pretty nice, like last year. Like someone already said, the Denver coins need work!!! They are very scratched and banged up. It appears they have a packaging problem and many of the coins have scratches from packing. I don't think there will be a lot of MS 69 coins made this year, agian! I'm going to return all but 3 sets. I sent back some proofs sets in 2004 and 2005, got a refund no problem, I lost out on shipping though

<< <i>Got mine today.... very nice... mild satin finish. Cheers, RickO >>
mild satin finish on the philly mint. Denver is quite different than Philly's ... at least the state quarters.
