Message from Books wife, Book had a bad motorcycle accident

To all of you that know my husband, Glenn Booker, or Book. We were in a motorcycle accident that a drunk ran a stop sign and hit another car and then hit us. I know he has some new friends on this forum. He is in sicu at St. Elizabeth hospital in Youngstown. He had severe head trauma and we are not sure if he will ever be the same. Julie Booker

    Tell Book I said HEY!

He would occasionally PM me and ask me about riding since I live down near Mansfield.......I don't think he realized I ride a small Helix scooter.

  • Julie, My name is Tom and I am new to the board. I have not had a chance to meet to many people here as of yet. I am ver sorry to hear about this accident and about Glenn's condition. My prayers are with Glenn, and also with you and your family at this trying time. God bless!

Horrible news. Especially considering the fact that somebody abused alcohol and thought they were good enough to drive. That's no accident. You are victims of an irresponsible driver. It's maddening and saddening.

Best wishes for a quick and full recovery. I hope Glenn is back in the saddle and online again in the very near future.

This is a shock. I met Glenn at the CSNS show. I will pray for his full recovery.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
