Semi-PL with caked on frost on the devices, and a GEM look to it with a really nice cheek. A few too many field scuffs IMO to ever 65, but a PQ64+++ EYE APPEAL coin no doubt, that would be near impossible to improve upon for the assigned grade. This is also one of those HUGE price jump grades, listed at $160 in 64 and $1750 in 65 on the CU price guide.$146 shipped. PAYPAL preferred,just PM if you need it.
