PCGS should open a new forum to allow all 4 letter words.

I know a lot of words that I don't get to use. On the US coin foirum you can't even say bull s - h - i - t. What the hell does PCGS expect us to do when we pick up an ACG slab and compare the coin with the slabbed grade?

PCGS is pretty fair when it comes to the language rules around here. Especially since there's a lot of young hobbyists that participate on these forums.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

    Isn't PCGS a 4 letter word?image

Ummmmm.........this is a freebie from PCGS? They are not really compelled to do anything which doesn't promote their business..........

Now what compels you to pick up an ACG in the first place? Damn you!

I like it the way it is. YN-friendly.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

It is a good thing "bastages" and "sonsabritches" have more than four letters, huh ?
I'd never be able to describe grading companies and ebayers without them two words image

  • << <i>Forum that allows 4 letter words >>

I just visited that forum for a minute, that was about a minute longer than I should have. The thought that immediately comes to mind (I don't know why?) I would rather sleep at a 4 star hotel than a crack house?

Hey clw54, please pm me with whatever site you are referring to which has a no holds barred rule. Maybe I'll get scared straight too.

Profane language is the surest sign of a limited vocabulary and lack of creativity. It has no place in a forum viewed by a family audience. Zero.

As for an alternate forum at PCGS allowing profanity, I will not attend it. For me, there's no upside.

Thanks for the pm, now I see the error in my thinking.

Link to truth and knowledge, that is, if you are buying it.

That is a terrific analysis of vulgarity. I approve and agree with every word of it. image

In the mean time, here I will aodpt a fairly formal mode of speech, if you all don't mind.
The strangest things seem suddenly routine.
