<< <i>Nearly everything that we sold today on eBay closed for LESS than what we paid. That just confirms that the scum bag sellers on eBay have scared away most of the legitimate buyers. We sold early type coins for under bid and, after fees and the free shipping that we offer, not to mention our time, we lost a lot of money. I would have been better off to sell the group to a wholesale dealer with only 10 minutes of time invested. Conclusion: nice guys finish last. >>
There is MUCH truth to this, IMHO.
A lot of the serious ancient community sellers have already migrated to places like VCoins for this very reason - and, I would speculate, over time, more US and Foreign market sellers will sign up there as well - I notice quite a few new pending members already.
The buyers there tend to be serious buyers, and the sellers tend to have serious offers, both in retail shops and by auction. Anyway, as a buyer, I have had nothing but good transactions there.
