GNA is this weekend in Dalton. Nice regional show with about 100 dealers. I'll be arriving around noon Friday and leaving around noon on Saturday. Who else is going?
They should have scheduled this show on another weekend that would not have conflicted with Long Beach. If that was the case then I would be there, as would many other dealers I know.

Fats, bummer on the SGS meeting. Will look forward to meeting you. Should get to the show around opening time friday and saturday. GRG booth sounds good. Any show and tell??
kc, I have a habit of spending too much time at the GRG table so if you stop by chances are good we'll meet. I doubt I will have much in the way of coins with me. But I'm sure Dahlonega will have some goodies to look at.
RYK, what are you doing in Atlanta? Should we have our own meeting over dinner?
RYK, I'm staying up in Murphy NC, probably wore out my welcome in Atlanta this spring, if you want to get up in the mountains some you'd be welcome for a visit/dinner.
Fats, see you at the show. You be welcome for a visit too.
I can't go, but I will be at the SGS meeting (if it happens) in spirit.

I was there for about an hour or so today, walked thru real quick and then the GF went upstairs to watch some tube in the cyberlounge. I was able to walk thru a bit more and browse more to my liking.
Does anyone know how many Morgans were minted in total? I swear, every table there had 100s of em. Actually, I saw a good assortment of about everything, except state quarters. The traffic looked good, and I overheard a couple of dealers commenting on the good traffic. Saw loads of coins I would loved to have picked up, but I am car shopping just now, so any big purchases are out of the question. It's been months since I bought anything, so I had to really restrain myself. Ended up with just an 07 Redbook to show for the visit. Was nice to get back into the shows again though, I think the GF is getting a bit interested in coins now...trying to steer her towards comemms. She gets bored with stuff quickly sometimes, and I figger that since all of the comemms are so different, she'd be more interested in them. She's welcome to pick anything, I just hope she stays away from the gold .
Didn't see anyone I recognized from the boards, I thought I saw Tassa, but she was sitting talking to someone, so I didn't interupt. SEGS had a nice group, a couple of real attractive ladies there, and I think I saw a PCI booth(maybe another TPG, I forget.)
Oh, and I did see a nice assortment of bust and seated coins.........this is kinda my focal point for my 7070 now, so I know I need to be saving up

<< <i>and going to my first SGS meeting saturday. >>
What time is the meeting? If it is early in the afternoon I'll stick around.
kc, looks like we'll have the show to ourselves. More coins for us.
edited to add: just checked the SGS website and it states that there is NOT going to be a meeting at the GNA.
