What is your earliest mint state silver coin?

Mine is an 1833 half dime in a PCGS MS-63 holder.

My oldest MS-64 coin is an 1861 quarter

My older MS-66 coin is an 1891 quarter.

My earliest mint state coin is gold. (1839-D $5)

As for silver, that would be 1875-S Trade $.

My earliest mint state coin is an 1829 LM-10/V16 Capped Bust half dime, an R5 die marriage. It was once listed as MS-63/65 in a Bowers & Merena auction, and was listed as finest known for the die marriage. I have several other 1829 mint state half dimes, as well.

Since no half dimes were minted from 1806 through 1828 inclusive, and Flowing Hair and Draped Bust half dimes generally require a second mortgage in mint state, that is not likely to change any time soon. image
