    Pass on the coin...obverse has too many marks. 75-CC IW is common and you can do better. Patience is important.

    perfect example of a coin that has had a rough life.

    my first reaction is that the coin should grade net xf40.
    the luster is gone. who knows what happened to it from the pics.
    it was probably dipped more than once long ago, then got grimey
    again. repeat this a few times..

    and that looks like a dead coin to me. it could not be cheap
    enough.

    I see it as a coin that would fit really nice in an EF or so set.
    Maybe in a Dansco. I like it for the grade. image
