Silvertown's catalog

Got "The Prospector" in the mail yesterday.

I wonder if he makes more money selling coins or if most of the profit margin comes from the seemingly
endless amounts of bric a brac that he is selling.

Nothing wrong with that as you have to pay the bills but some of this stuff is just comical. A lot of it looks like Home shopping network stuff. image

It is my understanding that Silvertowne is the company behind the "Coin Vault". I think they make a pretty good buck from TV. I suspect when Shop at Home ceases their broadcast "Coin Vault" will find another network to peddle their wares.

I don't think so. Silvertowne is one of the biggest wholesalers around and it's a
safe bet they've done a lot of business with Coin Vault and the other TV shows,
but so far as I know, there is do direct business relationship. Much of silvertowne's
business is selling the silver which comes from their refinery. They used to buy a
lot of silver as well and are probably still in this business.

Maybe you could tell me why Dave Hendrickson has been seen on the coin vault in the past, and is mentioned frequently by our good friend Robert Chambers.
