  • I side with Coinguy in this fray. Give them the requested information over a secured site and get on with your life. Innocent until proven guilty, only applies in criminal cases. You have not been accused of doing anything criminal nor have you. eBay is well within their rights to ask and demand any information they want from you. You are well within your rights to decline to offer any or all information requested. It's eBay's game and rules---play or don't play, it's totally up to you !

<< <i>. You are either the unluckiest person in the entire world or there's an aspect to this story that you are not telling us. Things never seem to go your way, and it's always everyone's fault but yours. For years I've been reading this stuff. I can't imagine that you really enjoy being a coin dealer, what with all of the misfortune that constantly dogs your business.

I love the coin business. Started trading coins at recess at age 8. Was dealing mail order at 12,
at shows at 15, and ran a major Dallas area brick and mortor coin store for 10 years. ANA member for
15 years, screened by PCGS and NGC, served two terms as president of the Fort Worth Coin Club...my
name is on the plaque alongside R.E. Wallace and Amon Carter.

My only "misfortune" has been from anonymous internet trolls who have never met me or even bought anything
    from me.

I side with Frank. Sorry folks, but it looks in my estimation that there are many good faith efforts on his part, why the mud slinging? Personally, as I have stated earlier, Ebay is becoming something ttoally unexpected that its early promise. Does that mean that they are horrid folks, maybe. BUT, to name call and differ on the basis of is not really helpful to anyone. IMO
