I have one. I purchased it new from an Amazon.com reseller, using a gift certificate to defray the cost. I NEVER use it, and it takes up too much space on the shelf.

Retail, I think Brooklyn Gallery had a good price relative to most others years back, possibly still. Resale market, look on eBay and places like that.
RCI (who advertises in the classified ads in the back of Coin World) is offering copies of Breen for $89.95 postpaid. The phone number in their ad is 586-773-9540.
I have a copy. I haven't looked at it in a while, but I found it very useful for introductory info on different coin series and I still refer to it from time-to-time for variety and die info.
i use my breens ency. a lot it is useful and interesting one has to take some things with a grain of salt though, I bought mine in ebay for around 50 bucks with shipping
The book can be found a lot of places for around $85. The suggestions above are good ones.
With all your money, mrearlygold, why is price an issue?

I don't remember who was selling it but I bought mine on the BST board for $35 and it was in perfect shape.
