To Grade or Not to Grade

I just don't know anymore.
I spent some hard earned money last year for a couple of reasons.
1) To see how my eyes stacked up in the industry
2) To ensure that a few of the coins I owned were protected.
3) To have the added value for resell purposes.
As much as I realized the strength of the slab in the industry, it sure hurts sending in coins that one thinks have a shot at MS65, only to be thrown to the wolves in the grading room.
My contention is that MS60/61 has to be the most elusive grade to get and AU58 is given out like candy.
Now I have thousands of coins, many in rolls and paper flips and ammo boxes that I bought, and my first experience with an uncirculated roll of frankies was 2BBs for cleaning and one AU58 while another was MS62. The walkers are already documented through another thread.
Okay, I am lost. This one I am posting is in a brown little paper envelope , separate from the rolls and obviously cherrypicked long ago, as were many other coins.
How would any of you grade this ?
Seems if they don't make that MS65, they just aren't worth grading.
Thoughts ?
...to grade or not to grade ... that was the question.

As for the piece in your photo, it looks like an AU-MS - 58 -62 to me. I see a slight rub on the high points of Franklin's collar and cheek, and rub at the bottom of the bell.
edited: It looks like there is quite a bit of contact marks on the bell which will keep the grade lower.
Indirectly, you both answered my question.
I'll save my money and sell it at face value on ebay
