............i must concur ; never saw a NGC Ike that i thought was graded properly.....
In fact - MOST NGC coins i see/deal with are not correctly graded;
at least by PCGS standards .
Any one that thinks NGC can hold a candle to PCGS overall is nieve .
NEARLY EVERY SINGLE HI-POWERED, BIG TIME HEAVY in the coin world
knows this to be fact ..........
ANYONE who has consistantly submitted coins for grading to bothservices
over the
past two decades knows this -in their heart and in their soul
