i did some searched for peacckcoins and did not really find anything.
are those two names somehow connected and do they shill
bid each other up?

the bidding on it is strange with one user always buying from
two dealers mostly. never the same stuff. always different series.
it all strikes me as odd and will stay away.

That is a nice looking coin and has enough going for it that shilling at those levels would be overkill.
Richard of greattoning and I are good friends. I've met him at a couple of major shows and I've sent him coins on consignment in the past with successful results. I've also purchased from him and always receive the coins in a timely matter and looking like the photos in his auctions.
We've never engaged in shilling each others items up- ever. If there is an eBay bidder/buyer who wins his auctions and subsequently a few of mine that rests on that buyer. He probably has us (and others) on his 'favorites' list. Some bidders are known to do that- they have problem free transactions with certain sellers and then continue to purchase from those sellers they feel safe with.
If you still have doubts my PM works and I'd gladly answer any other questions, including giving you contact information (with their permission, of course) of any bidder you question the authenticity too.
