From your auction pictures it looks like a possible clashed die. I have never seen one like this one a Buffalo Nickel before. You actually have a nice coin there.
If it is a clashed die there are likely hundreds, thousands more that were produced.... but known and identified could be quite scarce.
Welcome to the boards. Please don't SHOUT.

Welcome to the boards by the way.
THANK YOU
Just in case you are new to the internet, I will explain. Typing in all caps is the equivilant of walking up to someone in the real world, and then trying to carry on a dialogue by shouting at them to their face. It is rude, disrespectful, and very annoying. Is it any wonder you aren't getting helpful answers? If you walked up to a group of strangers on the street and started shouting at them asking for information, do you really think you would get any?
There are people here who can answer your questions, and I'm sure they will, if you stop shouting and phrase your request in a polite manner. Might I suggest something like:
"Could someone please explain to me what has caused the motto E Pluribus Unum to appear on the obverse under the Indian's chin? I would also appreciate any information on its scarcity and/or possible value. Thanks."
Yes, I think that would be much more effective.
Now... to answer your question... your coin was struck by clashed dies. At some point the dies came together without a planchet between them, as a result some elements of the reverse design were struck into the obverse die (and vice versa). As someone else said, it's not a particularly unusual occurence on nickels of that date or on Buffalo Nickels in general, though the clash on your coin is particularly strong.
As far as the value goes, the best way to find out is to do exactly what you're doing - run it up on eBay with no reserve and see where it goes. I will be somewhat surprised if you realize more than a 10-20% premium over a normal coin of the same date and grade.
