Is This a Rim CUD? 1891-O Morgan Dollar

Is this considered a rim cud or something else (near 7 o'clock)? Does it add to the value of the coin? Also has a small die crack/break in AMERICA and some doubling on the obverse right stars.

I'd call it a rim cud. They're actually somewhat common on Morgans. A bits scarcer once they start creeping appreciably into the denticles.

Yea, it's a break in the outer rim, but not the classic cud that makes some collectors go ga-ga. It's interesting, but not compelling.
