I have two - UCLA and Florida, but didn't have either making the final. That still may be enough to win me the pool in a crazy year like this.
Building sets: 1888 N18 Parasol Drill, 1888 N19 Pirates of the Spanish Main, 1911 T68 Heroes/Men of History (PSA 4+), 1952 Bowman Baseball (PSA 6+), Pre-war British soccer sets
Hope you're right Gator. I just figured out that UCLA winning the whole enchilada is the only way I can lose. Plus the wife's a UF grad, so it would make her happy.

I would actually prefer to see the Gators play UCLA. LSU has played us and knows us. Even though we beat them twice this year, Tyrus Thomas saw limited action in both.
UCLA hasn't seen us, but then again we haven't seen them either.
I just hope we learn what happens to teams that take George Mason lightly.
stalin runs his mouth as usual. How did the Criminoles do in their consolation tournament? Oh yeah, they had a good season though
/rolls eyes.
I have Nova winning it all as well, and to see no #1 seeds making it to the final four is shocking...UConn I think had the mentality that they were so good and had so many great players they could turn it on when they wanted and just cruise to a national title. Good to see their comeuppance.
Having all four final four teams is quite amazing. All of those people must have relatives or friends that play for George Mason. I have Florida winning the entire tournament and they are my only final four team left.
The only other time no #1 seeds made it to the final four was in 1980 when the finalists were: #5 Iowa, #2 Louisville #6 Purdue, and #8 UCLA. The total of the seeds was 21. This years total is 20. Without doing any research I still think that must be the highest totals of all-time.

Oh wait! That first-year coach spanked the semenhole's asses 34-7.
Great job in the NIT, by the way. Maybe you should give your coach a raise. I think $10/hour should cover it.
And FSU was considered a bubble team?
Guess you proved that against South Carolina in the NIT, huh?
Bracket chaos
<< <i>I almost broke my TV when UConn almost pulled it out of their ass again in OT.

You and me both! If GMU didn't win that game, there would be no justice in the tournament. They just outplayed overrated UConn.
I have just UCLA and had them losing to Nova in the finals.
Wanna guess who I picked to win it all?

<< <i>Just curious, how many final 4 teams did you guys get in your brackets? I know Gator5220 has at least one

Well, I didn't pick Connecticut for the Final Four. I knew they were ripe for an upset.
However, I didn't pick any of the Final Four teams correctly, either. I thought for sure Villanova was going to be in there somewhere.

I looked up in my Athlon sports magazine (summer 05) and they didn't even have George Mason in the NIT in their projections.
