These are scans. The coin is toned. It's in a PCGS slab. The lines on her face are raised from die scratches. Guess the grade.

If you have any idea about the VAM, please let me know. The date is doubled. Die gouge on eagle's right wing.

I like it as for the VAM... I don't know... as for the grade MS63 SHOT 64. The strike looks alittle weak or it may be the image

MS63 is my WAG. Anything more than pastel toning leaves me basically guessing.
