What's the Overton variety of this Bust Half?

Yes, I know there are obverse scratches on the reverse. What would you value the coin?

    O-107 (R2)
    See how high the 5 is compared to the 0 on the reverse?
    I would grade it our at a net of VF30 because of the scratches and the bruise at K12. Detail is EF45 for the variety IMO.

    I beleive this to be an O-107 R2, appears to be an XF example, net VF for the scratches................
