I would have to Join the collector's Club. Is this worth joining to have graded?
And what grade would you call it? Sorry about the dust on my scanner

The only Ted Williams card I could think not worth grading would be a regular issue of his in the kind of bike-spoke condition where practically nothing of the card remains solid, or, his '59 Fleer issues in less-than-perfect shape. Other than that...
It's definitely worth grading- the fee will pay for itself many times over.
You'd have to join the collectors club (which would give you 6 free submissions, the Smithsonian book, year sub to SMR {when they actually send it to you} and access to the pop report) or piggyback it on someone else's submission.
Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's
nice centering on that card, which is somewhat tough in that issue
