1954 Topps Ted Williams gem mint auction..WOW!!

This one is graded gem mint and this one is tough to find because of it being the first card in the 1954 topps set. What do you guys think it will top out at??? Wish I could afford to buy it.

I think it is SI crap.

If it was truly a gem mint topps card i think it would have been put into a PSA or SGC holder.

I hope you are being sarcastic!? This is from Sports Illustrated insert and I have never heard of that grading company. These have been on Ebay before, I have know idea what a cut out SI Williams is actually worth, but it is not an original Topps from wax in 54.

You're right. I thought it was from the original '54 set.

IF it were a legit #1 Ted Williams and not cut out from Sports Illustrated, and IF it were graded by a real company, and IF it were actually in Gem Mint condition, then it might be priced highly.

But for this thing? I think my pocket change should be able to cover its value.....
