Better than I thought on the DAC heisman cards and the contenders rc's. I was hoping for a 9 on one of the Bettis rc's but that's ok. 8's sell well enough. All in all, a great submission! Worth the wait.

Everything but the stuff for my heisman set is available if anyone is interested.

Edit: Ah ha. Turns out the Weinke and Baker are both pop 1/1 with none higher. That's always nice. Somebody on the Heisman registry want to buy them from me and offer me a 1 grade downgrade.

I actually picked up every one of these heisman cards off ebay. I did very well with them I guess. The Wuerffel was a $1.99 BIN.

I'll assume you mean Baker, Beban and Bellino? They all won the Heisman at some point. 1960, 62 and 67 to be exact.

The bowman chromes are just rookie autos from this year. Y'know...prospecting. image

Darren, I didn't. I actually had all of my hockey sets sold, except that one and the guy backed out. I have another sub I'm waiting to send in that is mostly 81T baseball from a cello box I broke. I was going to put the 81 OPC hockey on that submission as well. I was waiting to get this sub back though, I need to sell a few cards to fund the next submission. image

BTW, I still have the PSA 10 Kerr Pop 1.

    Envoy,

That Bettis rookie is TOUGH to get a 9 on. I've tried, with no luck. If the PSA 9 '96 SP George is for sale I may be interested. I've been through at least three already and haven't found one I was happy with yet. I'm waiting for one in the mail as we speak.

It's all yours, as soon as it gets here I'll shoot you a scan.

I know the Bettis is tough in a 9, I really didn't want to pay $250-$400 for one. I should be able to get a 10 for that price dang it! image

Both of the ones I sent in had touches to the bottom left corner, the blue part where his name is at. I seem to be able to find PSA 9 Bledsoes all over the place though for $30. Ugh.

No I haerd of the Heisman boys
Its WLADIMIR BALENTIEN, VERLANDER & MORSE that I have no idea about...jay

Ah, just rookies from Bowman Chrome, same as it is every year. I guess Morse and Verlander are supposed to be good prospects. I don't follow it at all, I'll just sell them when the getting is good...if ever. I try not to get too caught up in it as I tend to lose money in those.
