yes, and someone colored all over that one too!
Mayby there is an issue with flow, I wonder if the die pressure is insufficient?

Everyone of the areas i circled are speckled, Coin after coin, the circle all the way to the left is a bag mark.
The rev is just as bad. Looks like the coins were struck through Die polish or greese.

(Yes I have a set in a dansco too, but I figured someone would say it.)

One the ones I looked at, all appeared to have a mirror-like finish over the torso region on the obverse, but a satin finish in the surrounding fields.
Weird!
SAE's just aren't worth it. IMO

"HUGE money for the MS70s!!!"
Unless you are for some reason in love with this issue, I would find some other place to put my money. Milkspots can not be predicted and a significant percent of mine have them (20%). So, if you let go of megabuks and ignore your wallet alarm and shop for the elusive ms 69/70 then you have to stay up nights worrying about the milk spot disease coming to your coin. The milk spots render the coin as bullion, no longer collectible and there seems to be no way to predict or cure the disease.

I feel your pain! 40% of my PCGS MS69 1986-2005 set developed milk spots in the slabs. Caveat Emptor!!!! I'll never buy or slab another.

<< <i>Man, I must have gotten some first strikes then, my coins look amazing. They almost look like a special satin finish was used. I got a box of them from my bullion dealer, but just looked at a few from the first roll and they look magnificent. I will try and photo some later.

I have to agree. I just received a roll and they look awesome. Luster is very brilliant and I don't have any bag marks or specs to speak of....
