I've liked this design ever since Phil posted an image on his years ago.

Yeah, I was contemplating that one as well... just have pulled the trigger on too many others.

    Better buy it... image
  • They are nice, I had both of them, but they have been sold......
  • Proof eh?

I have both the 2 Mark and 3 Mark versions ... regular circulation strikes as the proofs can be a bit pricey ...

  • Yes, I too saw that coin. I like it. I thought it was a good combination of eye-appeal and affordability.

Did you end up with it, ajaan?

PS--I recieved the Canadian dollar from the giveaway. I thank you.

I've had one, but not a proof. That looks like a proof, and a CAM proof at that?

  • Buy It! I alsmost bought one raw at a show but the dealer wouldnt give me the time of day. I hate some coin dealers. He had 3 that had all light brown toning on the reverse. Thats a nice coin.

    ajaan:

You can throw away the Krause for most German proofs, since most trade at prices that sometimes are 2X or more. 3Mark
