I've seen that sort of color on several clad proofs.
The obverse looks mottled, but the reverse looks about right. It would help to have it in hand.
I'll go NT. Not attractive, but still probably NT.
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose." John Marnard Keynes, The Economic Consequences of the Peace, 1920, page 235ff
I'm not at all into toned Coins, AT or NT, Or ST for that matter. Reminds me of colorful Dinner Plates from the Hamilton Mint.
The prices are outrageous on most toned Coins. The Coin Doctors are still out there as far as I know. I suspect everyone that hypes up the toned market is a Coin Doctor or one of their shills.
Prices on slabbed Coins are bad enough without paying several multiples for suspiciously rainbow colored Coins.
That coin sure has been recycled on Teletrade a few times! Possibly somewhat with the same love for the hobby as the new owner of the "FS" 1960-D MS65 Jefferson will step up, buy the coin take it off the market, and put it out of its misery.
