<< <i>Anyway, thats just my opinion of course, which counts ZERO towards guys getting elected..lol..If it did Art Monk and Ray Guy would have both been elected years ago. >>

I agree with you on both of those guys.

Also, Ron Santo should be in the Baseball HOF.

<< <i>He is a first ballot guy. In the NFL, you are judged strictly on your performance on the field. Your off the field shenanigans don't even factor in to the eligibility process. >>

    Michael Irvin? >>

Bob Hayes?? How long did he have to wait, and he actually changed the very fabric of how pass defense was played.

Yes. Ray was/is the best player and leader on maybe the defense with the most dominance for the longest period of time since the Steel Curtain, and if not the best MLB I'd say the second best behind Butkus.

I think now that The New England Patriots actually have had a cold blooded murderer on there team isn't it time to let the Lewis thing from 14 years ago die off, there's been nothing else against him and the mother of the victim even says she didn't think Ray did anything wrong.

How the heck are the two things the same? Hernandez was cut by the Patriots immediately. Ray was given a hero's welcome back by the Ravens.
