<< <i>What`s the difference in retail $$$ from 66 CAM to 66 DCAM? >>
$40 to $50 for the 66CAM, $250 to $300 for the 66DCAM. In the case of the die variety of the second one, though, you can tack on another $100 or so in 66DCAM.
As a type collector I would not want the die variety with the bright spot in Kennedy's hair. The mark does nothing for me.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. Yup, you won't have worry about me spoiling your day on that one!

I'm going to have to go (a little) against the grain here. The second one appears to have clearer fields and the frost on the devices are brighter. But that being said, the obverse fields on the first one is darker (at least on my computer) giving a better contrast. JMHO.
Does anyone else see that or are my eyes really that bad?? LOL
Congrats Russ 1 question- Was this only the second time you sent this one in before it got the DCAM bump or have you been trying and just hit it this time?
I actually bought two MS66CAM Birtmark Dies that were from the same submission. The other is a later die state, though, and just a solid cameo. There was also an MS67CAM on that submission, but I didn't get that one.

Nope, loosened. Maybe Marty should try cracking those NGC UCAMs.

Buying top quality Seated Dimes in Gem BU and Proof.

This particular coin was a one-shot. I bought it already graded MS66CAM and it upgraded to MS66DCAM using the $10 designation review service.

<< <i>Just thought I'd bump this to note that the second coin - MS66CAM - is now in an MS66DCAM holder.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.
That coin looks fairly graded now. Two bad it took two tries.
What's the difference in value between the coin in 66CAM and 66DCAM?
Have fun....Mike

<< <i>Too small a sample to draw any conclusions. >>
True, sort of. It's true if one had only handled just these two examples. Then, of course, the sample would be far too small.
