SSP: Last coins for 2005 and a giveaway: 1966 Swiss franc NGC MS66 and 5 red BU 1939 Canadian cents!

I think it was up to me to do this SSP. Don (ajaan) has done a terrific job along with cosmic's photos and he has listed some coins of mine along with his, it's really worth to take a look : Fungus' coins

Every bidder will automatically enter the giveaway (each bid counts as one entry, multiple entries are welcome) as well as if he/she posts here. Prize will be a 1966 Swiss one franc NGC MS66. Winner will be chosen on New Year's eve by Mrs Ajaan.

In addition to the 1966 Swiss Franc NGC MS66, the second name chosen will receive five (5) Unc. 1939 Canadian cents.

Edited to add: There are some really outstanding coins here guys and gals including a MS68 and SP68 Swiss coin.

Don't you think that making 40 bids on just one auction at 10 cent increments is going to chase other legitimate bidders away who don't know about the giveaway, once they see that suspicious activity?

Wildjag, I agree with you,besides I have never mentioned that each bid counts as a separate entry, all the bidders get the same one chance,otherwise we would have driven Mrs Ajaan crazy on New Year's eve.

Some very nice bargains still available and some nice prizes to be had .

no, I don't think bids look suspicious and will drive away legitimate bidders

I interpret the following different than SYRACUSIAN I guess

must mean something different to foreign (non US) culture

I personally did not think that these multiple bids by one increment made the auctions look suspicious.

And you're right sinin, your interpretation is correct, my later post that said one entry per member regardless of their number of bids was contradicting the first post. Fortunately I didn't add that there will be a random choice of winners,so who knows what Mrs Ajaan has in mind?

I believe that Mr and Mrs Ajaan came up with a very wise solution, fair to everyone involved, and thus solving this little misunderstanding for which I too was responsible as I had not anticipated some of the tactics involved.
