  • I agree, kudos to David, and especially his comments of late that advise caution. His warning about the crackout game, about the low level of success with presidential reviews, and about not buying raw unless you're really good at what you're doing, all lend additional credence in that, while they don't discourage submitting, they do give wise counsel in doing so. I can't take that as anything other than honest, informed advice.

  • Maybe HRH (His Royal Highness) will give his good customers a definitive statement on the PCGS guaranty of authenticity sometime soon.

Instead of being a wuss and constantly taking snipes at him here, have you tried calling him? It seems awful important to you so I am sure you have exhausted every other option before being so juvenile as to just take shot after shot at him for this....on a forum where he has maybe a 1% participation rate (threads drop pretty quickly and many posts occur each hour, much less daily).

You're a broken record on this and I doubt you have tried other means to get an answer....I'd like to know what your agenda is.

Have to agree with everyone. You are one of the reasons I stick with PCGS. I don't know too many people as busy as you who will actually reply to an e-mail let alone follow a huge forum like this.

    Keep up the good work.

Maybe you mean he needs his mettle tested??

Think PCGS will ever clarify the so-caled guaranty of authenticity??

Check out the guaranty on the PCGS website and you will see what I mean--perphaps "illusory" is a better term.

    What say thee, HRH??

    Hi major.
Did you ever get around to asking this on the Q&A forum?
A quick search tells me no, or maybe David just didn't answer.
Did you by chance email him with your questions?
I have brought this up several times to you and you don't answer.

I noticed this yesterday morning as well on my usual scan through and reads ... I think it was pretty cool that he posted to a half dozen? threads with some of his thoughts. I read every one I could find, because there are some people who post that make me want to read what they have to say. The list is long enough that I won't post it for fear of missing someone ... but HRH is definately on the list.

Thanks David for all you have done and continue to do for this hobby image Happy Holidays to you and yours!

On a seperate and side note, there are also a few people who post repeatedly who I could skip everytime, since they rarely have anything good to say, or even new or insightful. That list is also long enough that I won't post it for fear of missing someone ... but since he's bagging his post count again here with the same jibberish ... MBT is definately on that list.
