A Colorful 45s Winged Liberty, from my Raymond Wayte Album..

Several years back I scored a Wayte Raymond album that was in awesome condition, and I stuck some Winged Libertys in it...

Some toned, while others didn't for some reason....

I do recall some here saying these albums have long lost their sulphur content and ability to tone, to that, I say phooey...

As this coin was a white example prior to go in... Now look at her...

The thought occurs to me......why has no one attempted to duplicate the Wayte Raymond "formula" and sell it in new holders? I have some old circulated silver coins I'd be happy to store in such a thing.

Hmmm.... Lucy, I just looked at your profile an saw you live in New Mexico. Isn't the relative humidity really low there? I'm just wondering what would be the optimal storage conditions for a Wayte Raymond board full of coins if someone desired nice toning such as your dime exhibits

humidity is very low here...

However honey, these albums are in my bedroom.....

and the temperature can rise rather quickly!
