My Only NEWP From the Bay State Show... Neon green and pink 3 cent nickel

There were many nice coins at the Bay State show, but I ended up passing on all but one. When I was looking through the case this was in, the coin flashed so much that I first thought it was a proof. Afterall, most 3CNs don't tone up, and the majority that do are proofs. Well, then I saw the label: NGC MS63... an affordable grade, and it wasn't a proof! I ended up doing a partial trade with the dealer, and got what I believe to be a great deal on the coin. So here's a type of coin you certainly don't see every day--in fact, I don't know if I've ever really seen one like this before.
