Can I take a 3-4 Defense with Butkus and Singletary in the middle, with Derrick Thomas and Lawrence Taylor on the outside.

The top 3-4 defense would have as linebackers...............

Butkus ( the very best of all ) and Bednarik in the middle, with Ted "The Mad Stork" Hendricks and Lawrence Taylor outside. !

All-Time? Lawrence Taylor, Jack Lambert, Mike Singletary, Dick Butkus all deserve mention.

Today? I don't like him, but Ray Lewis is the best, hands down.

Brooks should be mentioned. Great player but I guess since he hasn't gotten much press since the dominating years of that Tampa D he gets overlooked.
