Found in the back of my desk

I found these coins today in the back of a desk drawer . I picked them up at a show over a year ago, and promptly forgot about them.



Togo 1956 5 Francs
Timor 1951 10 Avos
French Somaliland 1952 20 Francs
French Oceania 1949 50 C
Curacao 1941 P 10 Cents

They are not really rare, but I liked them, so I bought them. The good thing about losing something is that you get to find it again sometimes. It is just like a new purchase that I did not spend any money on this week.

Maybe not super rare but a nice group in very nice condition. Togo especially is a tough one. I love the french colonial designs.

Those are sweet. I don't believe I have any of those countries yet, either - maybe Curacao, but I can't be sure. One day I will have some time.
