1923 SLQ Guess the Grade Please :) Grade Revealed

Here is another ANACS Photograde Coin that I am wondering if it might be a possible upgrade candidate. Anybody want to guess the grade? Thanks for looking

This is one of the only SLQ's that looks like a strong FH, very distinct hair line and a deep ear hole, but no sprigs ! Usually, when you get a distinct hair line, there are good sprigs showing.
The coin looks MS 66 to me.
