Truly, that is one of the most beautiful examples I have seen. It rings of a 68 or 69 without a doubt ! It might be a 70 if it were in my hand

P.S. I am not even a fan of Frankie, per se., but that looks perfect !

<< <i>It also looks dipped to me- but proof franklins don't look good to me when they don't have cameo contrast...... >>
I guarantee this is not dipped, was in an unopened proofset, and I cut it out myself. There is slight frosting on back of the head and the feilds are so mirrored they look almost black, I like cameos too!

How did you get the color?
The name is LEE!
<< <i>Simply an amazing proof!
How did you get the color? >>
Color? I used reveal bulbs and the macro setting on my HP digital camera. I dont know much about photography, just learned about the macro feature last week lol.
Very nice piece.
<< <i>Is it just me or does that E Pluribus look doubled? Or is that reflection?
Very nice piece. >>
I would have to say that it is just a reflection, since he said its mirrored really good, the huge crack down the bell on the reverse might keep the grade down to a 68
