Freshly Graded Toner Lexington...

Just back from the Grading room.... This one has very strong luster underneath the toning.. It has a pretty yellow/goldish color with
some blue and violet rim toning...

    I say 65 ? That is the nicest one I have ever seen! Not that I have seen manyimage PM me the grade I swear I wont tellimage
  • Knowing the HepKitty, it's probally an MS67 or 68 image

    Yes, Lexingtons came in a little wood box.

    That is a beautiful Lexington-Concord. Nice coloring is tough to find on this commem. The TPGs are much tougher on pre- 1930 commems so as much as I like this as a market graded 65, my guess is the bits of chatter keep this a 64. But I would be more than happy to pay 65+ money for it.image

    I was looking for a GEM ms65 grade on it...

    You are correct, ms64.....

    the chatter you see, heck, if its not there we are talking ms67-68 easy...
    I still think this one coulda shoulda on one day maybe woulda gone ms65...

    none-the-less, its color and luster give it tons of eye appeal.....

    I agree, and some day this will end up in a 65 holder. It is way too pretty a coin to be a 64 when compared to most 64s out there.
