Tough to call this one without seeing it in hand... definately looks nice and original, I like it... this really looks like an AU58 that would make it into a MS62 or MS63 holder...

IMHO, is that humble or honest ?

AU-53 If they overlooked the apparent scratch in the cap on obverse and the gouge, or what looks like a gouge above the wing on the reverse. Which edge does it have JB ? It's a nice specimen, nonetheless. Trace of wear over ear and the perch and talon on reverse. I would grade higher, but I sent lots of coins in and my eyes just don't allow the lofty grades after my wallet got 20/20 vision.

MS64....maybe 65. Slight weakness on eagles left claw (right of coin), but I don't see it as "wear". Tough to trust a photo though!!

Uhhh, Jay, I kinda hate to tell you this, but even if it is that color that ain't gold...since I know that you don't want any lowly silver cluttering up your safety deposit box just send it to me and we will all pretend you didn't make such a horrible blunder.

By the way 2sides, those aren't scratches and gouges...they are die characteristics of the 1809 Overton 109 die marriage.
