It is a 66, from what I remember there are no 67's and a monster 68

Looks really clean. I know the huge pics make the little dink on the cheek look much larger and more noticable than it is. I'd guess 67, and I love the look of this coin!

Nice Arkansas. Super color. The coin looks like a very attractive ms65 to me. The hit on the jaw/neck on the obverse can often make a higher grade tough (though not always). matteproof
