    Concur. Hard to tell luster. Nice strike, looks 65?

    It might be because of the scan, but the luster looks a bit flat. Pilgrims come with nice full luster; it's not unusual for this issue. Flat luster indicates that the coin has been dipped too for long or too often.

    If the actual coin has nice luster, you can disregard this, but if it doesn't, you can knock the grade down a point or two on the MS scale because of the dullness.
