What is a "Young Collector" set?

I was looking in my red book and saw a "Young Collector" commemorative set from 1993 through 1998. What is it? I thought it sounded like something a young collector might like.

Sorry I don’t have to photograph and show you. I’ve bought and sold some as a dealer, but not recently.
Oh, I remember... it was a marketing thing, to get YNs interested in coins, kinda... it was basically a different packaging for commmemoratives that was a "Young Collectors Edition" or something like that, with some kids' book looking art... they really are kind neat, but the regular packaging makes a much better display
I know we've had a few around here in the office... I'll look around and see if i can find one and snap a pic...

The Mint discovered sticking two nickels and a dollar in a box, then selling it for $20 was much more profitable.
