ellewood, thanks for the post. Follow the link in Russ's post ... David Lawrence (Feigenbaum) passed away three years ago. Many of us remember him.

Dr. David L. Feigenbaum was a noted teacher, professor and researcher in the field of Marine Biology, Geology and Ecology. He had many important publications and was as well respected as a scientist as a coin dealer/Barber Coinage expert.

I meet him once and my father had the pleasure of working with him on occasion.

His son is running the company in the same fine tradition of his father. A pleasure to do business with them.

He was a good man and I believe he died of ALS, a disease that I would not wish on anyone. His son John is the current president of the company and he is also a good person.

Tom, If I remember right it was ALS. Hard to believe three more years have passed since. He was an inspiration to this hobby in many ways, and it seems his son John has done well in carrying on a part of his fathers legacy (even establishing his own). Good people over there ...
