Has there ever been a time when people believed PCGS was too loose?

And I don't want to hear somebody say "PCGS was loose three years ago". I'm talking about IN THE MOMENT! Hind sight doesn't count.
I'm sure there are some genuine instances where a submitter got screwed, but I don't ever recall a time when people said anything other than PCGS being too tight.
How on earth can that be possible? ANSWER: IT CAN'T.

I mean PCGS being too loose "in general". PCGS will, like everyone, blow it on an occasional coin.

Did you think they were too loose at the time those coins were being graded? As I said earlier, hind site doesn't count.
