Anyone have any ideas on this one? It's about the size of a US quarter.

Austrian Netherlands, Bruges... at least that's what my old 1st ed. Krause attributes it to but dang if I can find its listing. Maybe in a later edition? Looks like Charles VI (1711-40) of Spain though the year before the Spanish Netherlands became the Austrian Netherlands.
The legend is Archduke of Austria, Duke of Burgundy, Count of Flanders.

I couldn't find it in my 18th century, 3rd edition Krause.

Doing some more research, I've found that the Austrian Netherlands didn't come into being until 1713...at least that's what the book said. There was also some sort of war around Flanders in 1712.

Perhaps a transitional or siege piece. Bruges, the Belgian city that Krause refers to, isn't listed anywhere in Krause that I can find.
Here's a quick history snippet:
War of Spanish Succession 1701-14, the unsuccessful bombardment of Bruges by the Dutch in 1704, the surrender to the Allies in 1706, its surprise capture by the French in 1708, its capture by Marlborough (Br.) in 1712, its surrender to the French again in 1745, and eventually its return to the rule of Austria in 1748; in 1792 the French again took it, were expelled, and retook it in 1794, when it became the chief town of the department of the Lys; by the Treaty of Vienna (1815) it was incorporated in the new Kingdom of the Netherlands, eventually, as a result of the Revolution of 1830, becoming the chief town of the Province of West Flanders in the then constituted Kingdom of Belgium.'

No. Brussels is the capital of Belgium, while Bruges is a small charming medieval city in the Dutch speaking part of the country.
