    The MacArthur 50 centavo is the coin that brought me over to this forum. I bought one at a show just because I loved the look of it. Had great luster--like your example.

    I came over here and asked the good people of this forum to tell me what I'd found. I liked it here, so I stuck around. It's a nice joint.

    Marty - Those McArthurs are very cool - hard to fiind with a good strike - now you need the one Peso and you have a set.
    Here is my set Both coins have very limited mintage 50,000 & 100,000:

    I have 3 sets in MS65 and MS64 now of the MacAruthur 1/2 and Pesos. Yes, they are muchy strikes...
