Question about this Frankie

I think this older Frankie holder will go CAM, but the coin has a few milk spots- can these be cleaned up or are they permanent? The scratches are on the plastic. Any opinions appreciated.

Some coins are just plain "Interesting"

pretty bold statement there brother...
This coin could have some hairline issues that just may forever doom it to a pr66 holder or worse....
I would need to see this one in person, and look for those nasty ol hairlines...

<< <i>Keep in mind that if the coin is resubmitted and comes back PR66CAM, the increase in value is likely NOT equal to the grading fee. Even at PR67CAM, the added value wouldn't be significantly greater than the grading (and postage) fees either. >>
