flips. I auctioned some Jeffs and Rosies for a consignor and all the coins
came out of the hard flips that have a waffle-looking seam around the
outside. Beautiful blues and rainbows.

I've seen many Rosy's that have Whitman toning, but most of the ones I've seen are blue, brown, or orange. I've never seen a Washington that's been in a Whitman folder for a long time. I agree the obverse looks okay, but that reverse really looks odd.
