PSA must've heard I was thinking about submitting some cards to BGS. Shipped 4/19- modern bulk, cards ARRIVED at my house 4/28!! I haven't even checked the status online because I figured it would be at least 30 days. And I couldn't be happier with the grades. Some of the highlights:
1978 Topps (from 1 wax box):
PSA 10- Eck, Sutter, Angels, 2 commons
PSA 9- Brett, Carew, Bench, Stargell, Yankees, Morris RC, Parrish/Murphy, Perry, Fingers, Blyleven, Weaver, several commons
1991 Topps Desert Shield (from 14 packs):
PSA 10- Alvarez RC, 4 commons (2 yankees)
PSA 9- McGwire, Ozzie, Unit, Molitor, Everett RC, Maddux, Mattingly, F.Thomas, Alomar, L.Walker, Larkin, several commons
PSA 8- Ryan RB, Kirby
1986 Topps (from 1 rack case):
PSA 10- Brewer's Leaders (Yount) x 2, A's Leaders
I really didn't have much confidence in the Desert Shield cards, but I guess I was judging them as if they were 70s/early 80s (what I'm used to looking at). The 78s were also a little surprising. Most of this stuff will be going on ebay tomorrow- PM me if you'd like anything.
